Little update on this Spring’s Growth.

The Vegetable Garden is doing very well, thanks to the rain that we have been getting lately. As it rains you can see the plants getting taller and hardier, it is a beautiful thing!

Getting really excited for these greens…sweet, bitter, spicy…Love to have them on a piece of roasted garlic bread, a bit of roast beef, greens, a little olive oil and sea salt and pepper!!! Yum!

I am lucky if these make it to the table! My daughter and her friends like to take a break from swimming and pick a fresh snack of these sweet treats!

Are getting big fast! There are a few blossoms!!! Cannot wait for BLT’s with fresh, home-grown tomatoes and lettuce!
